Insurance
Mountain View Therapy Group does not work directly with insurance companies. Private pay avoids the potential pitfalls of managed care in regards to confidentiality, privacy, continuity and control of care. All clients are provided with a superbill which can be submitted for out of network benefits. Most clients are able to get reimbursed by their insurance company, but please check with your carrier in advance.
Fees
Fees range from $150-$210 for 45-50 minute sessions. Longer sessions may be available depending on need & treatment modality (ex. Couples Therapy, EMDR, etc).
If you’re interested in therapy but need financial assistance, please contact us and inquire of our partnership with Nick’s Way.
Payment
Payment is expected at the completion of each session.
The following credit or debit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. We also accept cash and personal checks.
Cancellation Policy
Things happen, and sometimes you cannot keep the appointment you scheduled. It happens to all of us sometimes. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide 48 hours notice, so that the appointment time can be given to someone else. Less than 48 hours notice, or a ‘no-show’ will result in your credit card on file being charged at the appointment fee rate.
