Jessica Jones, Resident in Counseling
Jessica holds a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is passionate about supporting children, teens, and young adults as they navigate ADHD, executive functioning difficulties, academic stress, anxiety, and depression in a way that feels both supportive and empowering.
Jessica takes a flexible and creative approach to therapy, tailoring each session to the unique needs of the client. She integrates evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy, while also incorporating art and creative expression as meaningful tools for connection, emotional processing, and growth. For many young clients, creativity provides a powerful way to communicate and build insight beyond traditional talk therapy.
Together with clients and families, Jessica focuses on building practical skills, improving daily functioning, and helping children and teens better understand how their brain works, especially when it comes to attention, organization, and emotional regulation. She strives to create a warm, engaging environment where clients feel seen, capable, and confident as they navigate challenges and grow.
