Loren Johnson, LMFT
Loren has a passion for working with couples, families, and individuals navigating life’s challenges. She takes a collaborative approach, blending her clients’ lived experiences with her clinical expertise to foster meaningful and lasting change. Her work is grounded in evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, Gottman Method, CBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy, allowing her to tailor interventions to each client’s unique needs.
With experience supporting LGBTQ+ clients and individuals practicing ethical non-monogamy, Loren creates a safe, nonjudgmental space for exploring relationship dynamics, personal growth, and life transitions. She believes that healing and growth happen when clients feel understood, empowered, and supported in making choices that align with their values.
Loren received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from The University of Alabama and has extensive experience working with a wide range of concerns, including:
