Jessica Jones, Resident in Counseling
Sometimes, life just doesn’t go the way we expect it to. Sometimes, we need a little help figuring out how to navigate or how to become un-stuck. I believe that there is no “one-size-fits-all” therapy, therefore I use many different therapeutic techniques. I frequently pull techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, and existential therapy.
Isabella Garcia, Resident in Counseling
I connect with individuals who often feel out of place in a neurotypical world—whether you're navigating neurodivergence, exploring LGBTQIA+ identity, managing anxiety, recovering after addiction, or even grappling with sports-related anxiety.
