Megan holds a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. She has significant experience supporting military and foreign service families in navigating trauma and adapting to the unique challenges of their lifestyle. Megan is also passionate about helping athletes manage performance stress and enjoys working with couples to enhance communication and strengthen relationships.
Megan assists clients in recognizing and overcoming obstacles that prevent them from being the best version of themselves. In her practice, Megan utilizes Person Centered Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Megan shares strategies, techniques, and tools that clients can begin to use immediately.
